All returning items must be insured and returned in a new, unused, undamaged condition in the original packaging. Please call or email if you have any further questions regarding the return of a product.
Sorry, but shipping / delivery charges for returned items are non-refundable*, except in cases where an error has been made or the item has been received in a damaged state due to the shipping / delivery company.
If you receive a damaged product please call or email us and we will file a claim with the delivery / shipping company and a replacement product will be sent to you.
